OBJECTIVE: Coordination of actions aimed at improving animal protection and welfare in the Municipality of Rayón through specific measures to create the necessary conditions for fostering the dignified treatment of animals and promoting values that educate on the importance of life. The principles guiding this effort include coordination and collaboration among individuals, associations, businesses, and local citizens.
